Desidoo is a CRM platform by Ooros that integrates the concepts of loyalty, direct marketing, temporary deals and social interaction all together.
Desidoo allows small and big business taking part in the network to easily communicate with their customer, to give them a fidelity card and to send customized deals.
I took part of the project since the beginning and I left the company when the product was in alpha version. Thanks to my experience in front-end development, UX and graphic design, I soon became the interface between the developers and the advertising agency that provided the designers. Desidoo is composed of three parts: one inside the shop, one mobile and one online. When the customer is inside a shop he can be recognized by a NFC tag and interact with a touch screen monitor. The customer can manage his account, subscriptions and deals online.
